Exchanges are offered on sizing only, within 7 days of delivery, on all online orders. Tags must be intact and the piece unused. AM is a make-to-order brand, so we alter the same piece and re-deliver it to you.
Damaged pieces: tell us within 24 hours of delivery. Damage does not cover concerns about the style or design of the piece ordered.
Custom orders: no exchange or refund is possible on garments ordered in a custom size, or altered by the customer.
Cancellation: orders cannot be cancelled once placed, though please do tell us. On prepaid orders we can look at an exchange or store credit after a nominal fee, usually within 7 working days. Not available on custom or COD orders.
