KURTAS/PANTS/ |
Exchange due to (sizing issues only) can be entertained within 7 days from the date of delivery for all online orders. Tags should be intact and product should be unused. We are a make to order brand - We will alter the same piece and re-deliver it to you. |

DAMAGED PRODUCT |
Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased. |

CUSTOM PRODUCTS |
No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been :-

CANCELLATION |
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, you should intimate us regarding the same. We can initiate an exchange/store credit (if valid) for PREPAID ORDERS after deducting a nominal fee, which may normally take up to 7 working days. Also not valid on CUSTOM and COD orders. We reserve the right to DENY it, if otherwise. |
| GIFT CARDS | Valid for a year from the date of purchase. Can be used both online and offline. Once purchased, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. |
