Yes. We are The Custom Size Store, so any piece can be made to your measurements at no extra cost. Add a note with your order or message us on WhatsApp.

Often, yes. Colour changes, neckline adjustments and sleeve lengths are usually possible on made to order pieces. Message us before ordering so we can confirm.

Use a soft measuring tape over light clothing, and keep it snug rather than tight. Our size guide has the full method with diagrams.

Tell us as soon as the piece arrives. Minor alterations on made to order pieces are handled case by case, so please reach out before wearing or altering it elsewhere.

Yes. International delivery is calculated at checkout, and duties or customs charges are payable by the recipient.

Yes, domestic shipping within India is complimentary on all orders.

We are a make to order brand. We do not encourage exchange or returns.

We take utmost care to manufacture the product and it also goes through a 3-step check routine, before shipping. But, in case of any defective piece from our end we will replace the same once we have received the said piece.

Please note that we must receive information in writing from your end within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Also the items returned should be unused and with all tags and labels intact. To know more please visit our Shipping and Returns page.
